Some Sites of Interest

This month I've been so busy with programming and documentation that I haven't had much time to get around and see the new sites in AlphaWorld! However, people email me and keep me apprised of some of the cool stuff that is being built so I don't feel too left out.

As usual, just click on a smaller in-line picture to see a larger one. I left out the teleport links this time since you can so easily enter the coordinates from the teleport menu selection.

It never ceases to amaze me the imagination that some people let loose in AlphaWorld (or how much better they build than I do!) I got an email about a volcano a while ago which I can't even find, but I kept a disk-based teleport file which I just came across. The email told me to go to 8159S 8207e and check out a "volcano," and I didn't expect much but when I got there... well, see for yourself! As usual, the pictures don't do the site justice so teleport out there yourself and take a look and listen...I like the music in the area a lot too.

More than a volcano, someone's built an island paradise here!

The Razzles have been busy out at 7299N 193W building a castle. The last time I went to Seattle I had the pleasure of meeting them in person, and they gave me a ride to the airport. All I can say is, Dave's sense of directions in AlphaWorld is much superior!

LittleBull came out with the Razzles and myself to give the place his professional critique...look out!

Laurel is always busy building. Not satisfied with the Northwest Territories, she continues to add "natural" scenes to VR. Here are a couple of shots of her Herb Farm in the Sherwood Forest area (92N 181E.)

Natural beauty outside, warm interiors, it's Laurel again!

I always thought of HenrikG as more of a chatter than a builder...until I saw this site at 407n 226w that is!

Whatever kind of engineer Henrik is...he's gotta be good at it!
